Results from Arizona’s election to choose the presidential candidates are expected starting at 8:05 p.m. local time on Tuesday, March 19. Polls close at 7 p.m. Check here for live results from the Associated Press, including a searchable county-by-county map.

This election, also sometimes called the presidential primary election, is only for voters who are registered as Democrats or Republicans. Independents are excluded. Same goes for voters registered with the Libertarian Party, Green Party or No Labels Party. 

Later, all registered voters, including independents, can vote for president and other state and local races in the Nov. 5 general election.
